This is what IE9 should look like.

i prefer chrome, just find it simpler and easier than any of the ie.. :| and i never really took a liking to firefox, even though its a decent enough browser!

If it was like that with the address bar at the top & tabs just underneath it I think I would use IE9, but as it stands no chance the UI is rubbish.

Loads of people...

Generally FF is used by computer geeks and those near them that have been told to use it, chrome is now used by young people on their new laptops (because they clicked chrome on the browser choice window) and IE9 is used by everybody else... :p

(I use IE9 predominantly, FF occasionally and Chrome more and more for duties that used to be done by FF, because FF is pretty rubbish performance wise).

i guess the people that use opera dont count ? :P

FF is pretty rubbish at performance?

I suppose it is if you have a rubbish laptop or PC that hasn't had an update in years.

I use all 3 browsers and occasionally trial Opera on each new version (like I've mentioned many times in other threads) and they're all as fast as each other at loading pages. There are differences but they're so small it's not worth wasting time typing about them.

FF is by choice because it's just a lot more powerful as far as browsers go. No FTP client can match the simplicity yet speed of productivity than FireFTP, for example so for people like me who are always uploading stuff t their domains and linking to forums for images and so on it's an obvious choice.

There are many other benefits too and they far outweigh any negatives.
