Yeah it's not actually that bad in all honesty.
I've blown out close to that amount of dust from my own pc's in the past (joys of living in the countryside with fields all around), it just looks worse because the dust has gathered in 'hotspots' due to the airflow routes.
That mosfet is a different matter though...

That PC is spotless compared to how most peoples are.
I just upgraded my comp and after using the same crap for about 7 years.
The psu filter under the case must have gone forgotten somehow as I discovered a half inch thick rug of dust attacking the filter that I could peel off
PSU never caught fire
