My PC seems to be confused:

Initially it told me I needed to enable TPM (PTT on my Asus board) in order to be W11 compatible so I've done that and now it seems that Microsoft isn't isn't quite sure whether or not my PC is compatible or not?

Is this a case of wanting to know why Windows Update and PC Health Check results don't match or that it's preventing the OP from upgrading? Because if it's the latter you should be able to bypass the upgrade checks with a reg edit.

Pretty sure PC Health Check and Windows Update do their own separate tests without telling each other the results. PC Health Check I found is usually more accurate as you can test it on demand. When I upgraded my CPU the initial BIOS was bugged with fTPM, upgrading to beta fixed it and both PC Health and HWiNFO64 confirmed it was back on but Windows Update took a couple of days for it to detect I was W11 compatible again.
