This week only isnt what it used to be, I remember looking forward to it, but now you might just get £2 off something...

Huh, it depends what the item is - I've seen upto £30+ off ram, TFT's £50 - £100ish like I said it depends what the item is £2 - £3 off a DVDR-Drive for example is very good considering they only cost £20 anyway.

True but Lanz is right, sometimes in the past it used to be pretty much forcing you to buy as you were "saving" so much

And also loads of places to a today only, or this week only now.

For example i got the usual spam from another company this morning, and they have a x1950Pro for £89inc + free postage...

I reckon maybe free postage days would sell more gear than this week only for ocuk.

Free postage wouldnt help me tho as i call into the shop.

From a personal point of view I agree with you. I guess for a lot of people it's easier to conveniently "forget" about postage fees until the goods are in the basket and they're "too far in" to back out of the order

another poor week i reckon, Gibbo i remember when you used to have up to 50 products on there at ridiculous prices, is there a reason as to why you aint allowed to do them anymore? maybe competition is too fierce?

This week only offers used to make me order without even needing anything, purely because of the price. Now I don't even bother to check them for months at a time.

Deals are not for everyone.

First TWO that has interested me since Sept last year being honest and this is due to the case on the list.

Depends as ever what you are in the market for, if its a full built system then TWO will be superb for you this week.

That case is cheap because its a right ugly monster that probably hasn't sold so they have loads of em.

Nobody is buying X2's, people dont want to shell out on a £32 heatsink, we've already got our 400GB disks....

What people need on today only is something like 2GB of PC2-5300 for £40, a 650i motherboard for a fiver cheaper, a C2D with a few quid off. These are what people are buying afterall...
