This week only

That case is cheap because its a right ugly monster that probably hasn't sold so they have loads of em.

Nobody is buying X2's, people dont want to shell out on a £32 heatsink, we've already got our 400GB disks....

What people need on today only is something like 2GB of PC2-5300 for £40, a 650i motherboard for a fiver cheaper, a C2D with a few quid off. These are what people are buying afterall...

Agreed. My next purchase will be 2gb ddr2 ram and an e4300 and when other websites offer free postage and are cheaper than ocuk already you'd need to be knocking £15+ off just to match their prices. It seems like this week only has turned into the clearance section, trying to shift goods no one wants. Sure £200 off a system might be a lot but most people here want components not full systems, and how many people are gonna buy £400 ram even with £20 off?

And also loads of places to a today only, or this week only now.

For example i got the usual spam from another company this morning, and they have a x1950Pro for £89inc + free postage...

I reckon maybe free postage days would sell more gear than this week only for ocuk.

i got the same email and its 79including free postage with google checkout

free postage thats a better offer than all of these really

free postage with royal mail special delivery for orders over £80

it would make me order a lot more from ocuk

google checkout seems to be popular with the £10 off

buying an item that is the same price at ocuk or a shop with the 2 things above can make a £20 saving

also a price match would be good as a lot of sites will match a cheaper competitor.. gibbo said he would do this on a p5k deluxe and didnt so i had to order elseware i am normaly loyal to ocuk but when theres £35 diffrence in one item its hard to be..

indeed, i recently had to order from a competitor simply because free postage + google checkout on every component over £30 meant a massive saving compared to OcUK...any reason OcUK dont sign up or whatever to google checkout?

So it's £10 on everything in the order rather than £10 per order?

Thats great then as I can save 20% off my next upgrade. :D

Nope, £10 per order over £30. Nothing to stop you splitting the orders into a few though. :p

Google checkout dont support my debit card :( Visa Electron. Or has it changed last time i tried signing up.
a lot of places don't, but the only way to find out is to try signing up. :)

The £10 off on google checkout is only good until midnight june 6th, i think it is. At least that's what the card that came with my new processor said.
