Those Kevin Bacon ads

That stupid advert has led you to make a thread about it on a public forum, I'd say it's doing its job well. :D

As for Kevin Bacon - Losing 50 million dollars & still smiling gets a what the **** from me. :p
 
They played that exact ad right before 'The World's End' a couple of weeks ago. I remember thinking it odd that they'd continue to use the one that namechecks Ken Barlow, considering the actor who plays him is currently awaiting trial on serious charges.
 
I think its quite cool. A Fresh"ish" take on things perhaps, seems like a good time. In one the newer adverts there is the Guy that can pop his eyes out really far. I don't think its awful, but seeing the new O2 be more dog adverts, they seem to try to sell phones in very strange ways.

Better than seeing scantily clad women to promote products. Wait.. What?
 
Its clever marketing, they've developed a theme in their advertising that still has people making forum threads nearly one year on.

Advert seems fine to me. Not sure he's A list... just A lot of list... ;-)

Bacon can do no wrong, even when it's wrong.
