Spit just be careful altering the photos with the sky, under the property misdescriptions act an estate agent in Wales was prosecuted and won due to the fact the day the property was photographed it was a sunny day and they claimed the photo was misleading because once they bought the property the weather was mostly cloudy. Stupid I know but they won. Also personally check to see if you are ok with the pictures where the properties either side are grey and not colour on the mid town house.
