Thought id share my bootspeed [video]

hmm should be quicker than that shouldn't it ? my western digital black takes 43 seconds it's only around 90mb sec is that ssd set up correctly ?
 
Might be some option in the BIOS for faster boot... not that it matters xD loaded windows well quick. I got a password on mine so probs won't even notice full benefit of SSD for booting. Get mine today if YODEL turn up, YODEL of all bleh. I gotta work 7 till 12 xD probs miss it.
 
All BIOS' need a fast boot option
There are some things you can do though such as turn off the logos and disable certain controllers such as third party SATA controllers if your not using them. This helped mine a lot. Mine is down to 26 seconds, 17 of which is spent in the BIOS
Disabling the windows logo on startup also helps a lot
 
i think i timed mine with a fast boot and no other OS drives and it went right thru on clean system in 23 seconds..

but with various other things like 5-6 operating systems and lots of drives to choose and other stuff running ofc it all slows down

however anything from push to all fired up in under 30 secs is good enough depends on how many peripherals and stuff you load on your system like game addons etc widgets the mor eu use it all adds up ofc.

any ssd will be good compared to what we had before.
