Thoughts on PSU

Hey all, due to the problems i'm having in this thread

I'm going to try a new PSU, any reason for not getting:

Corsair HX 620W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU (CMPSU-620HXUK)

ok well I would test the psu first to make sure that's the problem.

Cheers Vortex, i'll i'll get hold of a tester asap.

I'm now at the stage where it's just powering on but no Post or anything, seems to have got worse throughout the day, at least this morning it booted, at least i'll be able to check the PSU just in case, if it was a horse i'd bloody shoot it right now

Got me tester, plugged the main power connector in and everythings green and stable, plugged the P4 connector in and 12v is green.

So seems ok there, thanks for the heads up on testers VortexA1.

I'll get my new bits ordered ( as in the '£500 to spend if needed' thread) later, still just need to nip my 8800gtx round a mates just to double check it's ok too.
