Thoughts on the new HH4

Hi

Does anyone have any thoughts on BTs new HH4?
Have they combined the HH and the openreach Modem in to one unit yet?

"The BT Hub 4 will be rolled out to BT Broadband and BT Infinity packages over the coming months, starting from Friday May 10. From June, existing BT customers will be able to upgrade for free to the new hub when they take out a new contract or they can buy one at a special price of £35"
 
The HH4 is for the masses and anything thinking of paying to upgrade to one needs to have a word with them selves, use the money to buy a quality router.
 
HH3 works fine in my house, has enough range and power etc, but on a wired side it only has 1 Gbit port, the other 3 being 100mbit. I can't any details on what ports this new one has.

- absolutely love how they describe their smart diagnostics, instead of 3/4 lights, they now have one, and it changes from red to orange to blue, lol and no light means its off. Brilliant.

So you would advise against paying the extra for dual band ?

Even if it has more ports you would be cheaper buying a switch to add some ports rather than buying the HH4
