True. This is why I refuse to use them any more. The evidence is there (x pence versus y pence if it actually had contained a comic) but if they won't listen/don't care it's pointless. OP you'll likely end up chalking this one up to experience unfortunately. I'd still take his refund around in person though...

Go get the crime reference number. You can't stand a thief, do something about it. it's half an hour of your time, and it might force him to think differently in the future.

Popped in their earlier, was told i'd have to wait around 90 minutes to even see someone, haven't got that much spare time
