Hi guys, I am designing a product for some GCSE coursework and i was just wanting to get some feedback on this logo i have designed...

So what would you change or should i design something completely different?
Its for a new style of sports sock im designing...:p

Firstly, you should clean up the orange foot outline on the blue. Too many white pixels looks bad.
I don't really understand why you've used 2 fonts?
And I don't really like the 2 fonts you've chosen.
Nice idea though.
 
Yeh well it was paint lol i dont have anything else to do it with :/ do you have any software avaliable that can help?
I thought the two fonts looked cool lol....What font you reckon then?

Firstly, I'm colour blind, and even I could tell that your colours didn't match up. Changed that.
Secondly, I tidied it up a bit.

I would take other peoples advise and go simpler, and probably wider than tall too.

Edit: forgot to upload the better of the 2: (Whitened the white + took a line of pixels from the foot.)

Looks good to me, perhaps put a black border around it? Maybe try some outlining on the foot?

Wider than taller also.

Maybe a bit of AA to make it look more professional? Changing and unifying the fonts would help with this.

And yeah, i think horizontal is a good idea.
 
Thanks xJcbx Well what suggestions for fonts guys? I mean i thought it looked good with the two different ones?
Also i dont know if this is easy or not but can anyone make it so its 'cut out' style like the one xJcBx linked....Gnome logo.
I reckon that would look better?
What you mean by AA Suprewza? and ok erm i will attempt to make it Horizontal lol i did it on some logo creator website and just print screened it :p so i will have to go back

However, I would agree with Burnsey and go with a different font.
I couldn't decide which one so I left it.

And what do people think about the text part being 2 colours (like the rest)? I didn't know.

And that 'cut-out' style is just a transparent background. Which is annoying with yours because the pixels are all blended into the white background.

Yeh i know its not a sock but similar lol.......Thanks xJcBx So does anyone have any suggestions to fonts? and whats the best program for making logos? as i used a free one online one and obviously you guys dont like mine :(
