Thoughts on which one to print?

For hanging on your wall I would pic the left pic as it looks a bit sci-fi to me.

You need the composure of the left with the lighting of the right.

I like the skyline and tower on the right, but hate the traffic which is fairly dominating. Left is nicer compositionally but the lighting really doesn't work.

Why not print both and see?

I agree with this comment. I find that if you are going to photograph a scene with traffic in you need a long exposure, otherwise it just looks cluttered. I like the low saturation of the left picture, the flags in particular stand out really well against the tower and it's a shame you couldn't have incorperated them into the shot better.
