THQ in bad shape

Relic will survive, they have done most of the games that made money for THQ in the past few years. With CoH2 due for release and the license of Warhammer40K, there will be a bidding war to snap them up.

I hope they get a publisher with the clout to aquire the Homeworld rights and make Homeworld 3 :p

What I would give to play homeworld in HD!!

But from what I heard, Relic don't actually have the rights to homeworld anymore...

I may be wrong, I hope I'm wrong. But if memory serves me correct (and this was a long time ago now) then it's not going to happen. Some disagreement or something stupid.

THQ have made a nice chunk of change with the Humble Bundle, rolling in at over $4 million so far.

With Company Of Heroes 2 reaching alpha/beta stage as well, looks like THQ may have a little life left.

Forgot they do Red Faction.

Well they did xD, they're not making any more red faction games apparently.
"CEO Brian Farrell said that 'we do not intend to carry forward with that franchise in any meaningful way.'"

Whatever meaningful way means exactly remains to be seen to be fair. I liked the earlier Red Faction games, still yet to play the latest ones.

I doubt they got that much from it. Most people seemed to put it towards humble tip/charity.

thats a shame to see that franchise go, hopefully itll pop up later down the road. ive enjoyed them all to be fair!

Should already be out! :p

I know, i hope it goes into production after COH2 is finished!

All they need to do is make it as as varied as the first game, with the cover elements of COH/DOW2, and increase the scale of the action so that the view is more zoomed out, infantry look smaller, with more option for epic vehicles.

Basically I think all they need to do is use COH as a template, build on that, and make it look and feel like epic Warhammer 40k'ness. If I won the Euromillions i'd pay for somoene to develop it myself! :D

Great news, I like the last part, no burden on staff so they can concentrate on future work. And they stay in a job too.
