As you probably know though, just 'cause the mileage is low, doesn't mean there is less wear and tear, the journeys could have been regular 5-10 mile trips hence the tired looking seats from the owner regularly getting in and out of the car.

Something which is not a desirable trait in such a car, as it's not a particularly good usage cycle for the engine.
