This is a pretty major jab at EE who have premium prices on their LTE contracts. Looking good for LTE once EE lose their monopoly!

That sounds amazing, I guess it also depends on their coverage.

EE got greedy. Tiny data caps, huge prices, terrible adverts too.

Good ol' Three. Never had any problems with them since I joined, best coverage for me here in NI too.

Shame that 3 are beyond awful for my area, can't get more than 1 bar if that at all :/

Also they are the worse network to deal with if you want to cancel a contract.

As a Giffgaff user, I will be moving to 3 when they get 4G up and running! Are there any official timescales for this?

Hopefully there will be some nice handsets out.

Hopefully this should shock the other networks but I doubt it. Vodafone already cost a lot more and even then their flagship "Vodafone Red" plan shows how horrible they are. Unlimited texts and calls (which are declining in use) and severely limited data (which is drastically increasing in use).
