Three, month cycle dates

Just moved to three and I know I paid extra to "top up" the days so I'm running from day x of the month to day x of the next. How do I find what days these are?

(sorry brain shut down trying to explain what I'm after, probably makes no sense)

Do you mean when your allowance resets? Its usually the day you sign up.

Found out on the app it tells you how many days left.
