Three Or O2?

I've a Android phone which supports,

Network Band: GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz & WCDMA 2100MHz
Data Technology: GPRS, EDGE, HSPA

My use is fast internet so I can browse the internet while I'm out, so which network should I go for Three or O2?

O2 is offering up to 300 UK texts, 500MB UK data and unlimited Wi-Fi for £10 a month and Three is offering 500MB data, 100 minutes and 3000 texts for £10 a month

But O2 plan has unlimited Wi-Fi to BT Openzone which the Three plan hasn't

My Blackberry is on O2 contract and at work, I get 1-2 bar signal but full signal when I'm out, is this O2 network or signal at work?

I will give O2 and Three network a try for a month and see which network is better and faster, is there a website or apps I can check the network connection speed?
