Threshold 2

Has anyone else had the bug since Threshold 2, where the Start menu and jump lists stop functioning after a period of time? The bug was introduced in Threshold 2 but is present in all releases since. I can replicate it at home on two different installs and at work on another install yet I have not found anything online about it? It's easy to resolve, just log off and on or reboot but it is quite annoying!

I've always had it with one system (but not on the rest) that I have 10 on and seems to be worse since 1511 release - there are 1-2 other people who've posted similar stories in various threads here since 1511 as well.

So far not found a root cause for it and only way to fully resolve it was to reinstall but then it would start happening again after a few weeks.
