Oops, i had no idea this was coming out and Thrice are one of my favourite bands :o

The entire album is available to stream up on their MySpace. Sounds pretty good so far!

What with this album and the new Co&Ca album coming out this month (which also sounds great so far).. yay!

Yea, I posted a thread a while back about this coming out, no one replied haha...been listening to it a little (it interrupts my listening to Radiohead though at the moment!), Water side much better than Fire...Digital Sea is an awesome song.

New Co&Co sounds really promising, especially considering I don't like their album just before this one.

I'm just waiting for new Dillinger Escape Plan now :p

OT: did you see DEP have cancelled EU tour?
That was cursed from beginning to end, first Meshuggah then DEP.
 
Yea, pretty damn annoying, seeing Meshuggah and Dillinger would have be awesome. Also you might want to check out the DEP myspace again, they've just released another song off Ire Works called Lurch. It's good.
 
I've been looking forward to this too... Listened to it a number of times now, at first I thought 'Water' was the better disc but I'm starting to like 'Fire' more and more.

I'm particularly liking 'Open Sea' and 'The Arsonist' at the moment.

So refreshing to see a band with some artistic integrity; if rumours are to be believed they split with their record label due to differences of opinion over their musical direction.
 
Going to be buying this ASAP, but i have no money, want it on CD, not this Internet mumbo jumbo, and i replied to Carzy's thread about it...
I just wish they released all 4 parts to it at once, i'd like that, but i guess its a lot to digest possibly...

Also, gonna buy Underworlds new album soon, i like them. :)
 
I just ordered it, and preordered Co&Ca's new album too. Yay!

No World For Tomorrow is now available to stream at their MySpaz :cool:
 
Got the new Thrice album, i like the Fire album a lot more than the water one, just find the water part a bit dull to be honest.

All in all, in my opinion, this hasn't bettered Vheissu or Artist, but i guess i shall see when the Earth and Air parts arrive in 2008 :)
 
Well i've had a good listen to both now and so far Co&Ca is growing on me more and more every time i hear it. No World For Tomorrow just plain rocks.

The Thrice album is a bit of a thinker.. i like it but i think with more listens it will also get better and better. Just a bit slower. If i could only stop listening to NWFT :p
 
I really like the Thrice after quite a few listens. But it's true, the Coheed is really good from the outset, No World for Tomorrow is a great song :)
