hi, i've tried to read up on throttling, and to my understanding....when the cpu is at load is throttling when there is a signicant difference between the throttling line and cpu usage line on the graph??

If you mean a temperature controlled fan in the BIOS, then no, it has nothing to do with that. I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by CE1.
The throttling is an automatic safety protection built into the processor to stop it overheating and causing damage to itself. It is only supposed to be activated if the chip really is too hot.
There are sometimes options in certain BIOS's where you can disable this protection, although if ThrottleWatch is detecting throttling I would seriously consider upping the cooling in your system.

my cpu isnt throtlling i was just asking about the basic concept and what it was as i was confused....out of curiosity thou...i have a gigabyte pro cooler..check on OCUK its the only gigabyte cooler sold...surley it is better than the artic freezer?? im basing that on price and fan size...tell if im wrong
