thunder and lightning

I never really have any bad type of weather here, the coast seems to stop all snow, all thunder storms and all the heat waves :(

Its a shame as I love thunder storms.

wanna swap houses then i hate storms, they keep me awake :mad:
 
Damn, we didn't get anything like that here :(
Sucks cause i love storms like that. Specially on a hot day like today, nice and refreshing to have a heavy downpour at night.
 
aww man.. thunder.. i love it!!

wish there was some here.

i remember one year a corka of a storm hit at about 4am... most people in the street were at the windows watching.. it was incredible.

maybe some people on here should get a few shots of the lightening.. am sure you people are good enough :)

The best storm ive been in was greece a few yrs ago, was really really bad all the lights in the town went out. Me and my mate sat our side with a beer in just shorts and watched it.

well, nothing short of a lighning rod will help you against a lighning strike but the chances of that are extreamly low, surge protectors are there to keep the powerflow to your appliance stable and weed out fluctuations caused by eloctromagnetic interfearence from the storm. (spellings bad i know, sorry.)
