Thunderbird Settings

Hello,
Is there a way to save all of thunderbirds account settings, address books andanything else to a file so if i put thunderbird on another pc I can just import the file and all my settings are still there?

I think mozbackup will let you do that.

be careful with it, I've just used it and although it copied the sttings, it didn't bring back the mail. I manuallhad to copy that. might be me being thick though....

I ahve also tried it by backing up and then restoreing settings to a new install of vista on a vpc and it worked fine, I didn;t want it to back up my mail, just the account settings and other small settings like start my reply above the quote. I only chose it to backup general settings and it did that perfectly. I do all my mail manually as then I can choose what I want to keep and what I don't!

%APPDATA%\Thunderbird - your profile folder's in there.
