we had lots of thunderstorms yesterday in Telford (four times in the whole day) and massive loud thunder shake the house. And lots of lightning. The 4th one was the best lasted 30 minutes around 5pm yesterday.

**Weather Warning - West Midlands & Shropshire**

From late evening overnight and into Friday morning a band of heavy thunderstorms with heavy rain will push northwards across western parts of the Midlands. This system has the potential to being torrential downpours, strong gusting wind and possibly hail.
