It doesn't say that she didn't eat inside the KFC, in fact I'd think it likely she did as otherwise she'd have noticed the parking ticket being put onto the car surely? Unless she was too engrossed in her family bucket I suppose.

I hope she has to pay the fine for being such a greedy *****, it will be us the taxpayer who has to pay for her hospital treatment when the fat cow ends up in hospital with health problems because of her weight :mad:
