Harsh but the fact she is still missing most likely means that she is already dead. She will be found in a field somewhere in the coming days/weeks.

My thoughts are I hope she's found before any harm comes to her. But as she's been missing for a few days I don't think she'll be found alive either.

My thoughts exactly.

The Maddie media circus makes a total mockery of things like this. In spite of the fact she's probably rotting at the bottom of a lake somewhere, people are still going to report sightings of her in Zimbabwe till 2020.

Unfortunately this :(

A 12 year old girl travelling on her own between New Addington and Croydon is pretty vulnerable, those are pretty rough areas :(

Been following this on the new, I'm surprised she was without her mobile phone. As depending on what it is, if she has Facebook, they could have located her through GPS?

It's really sad, and I really feel for her family. I hope she does get found safe and well, but the signs are clearly saying it's going to be worse then that.

Terrible thing to happen, parents would be going mental not knowing.

Seems strange that there isn't a clear story of what happened though.

Mrs Sharp, 46, a care worker, left Tia with her boyfriend Stuart Hazell, 37, when she went to work on Friday morning.

Relations said Tia told Mr Hazell she was catching the bus into Croydon and left the house alone at about midday. She has not been seen since.

Miss Sharp also said a witness had seen the 12-year-old leave the house on her own on Friday, despite contradictory reports that she had walked to the tram station with her grandmother's boyfriend.

She said: "I have an independent witness that she left on her own walking down the road."

I guess the main question would be whether she had arranged to meet someone or if it was just an innocent trip to town.

Is it normal for girls of that age to go shopping and travel around on their own?

Has anyone looking under the Uncles bed yet?

Relations said Tia told Mr Hazell she was catching the bus into Croydon and left the house alone at about midday. She has not been seen since.
However, Mr Hazell told his sister, Sarah Parratt, and his father, Keith Hazell, that he had walked with her to the tram station but was unsure whether she boarded a tram.

Contradictory story, there has got to be some suspicion there, or was he just guilty about letting her go off alone.

I was allowed to walk into town on my own at about age 8 or so. It was about a mile walk. I'm a 90s kid, for reference, nothing weird about that at all imo.

The Police think something is a foot as they've stuck the uncle in front of cameras to make an appeal. Poor girl, I think she's already dead or being held somewhere.

Theres definitely a Shannon Matthews vibe on this.

I hope not and she just turns up though! Though its rarely the case when they launch TV appeals
