Polo mints are alright, sugar free polo mints are the ones that give you the ***** after one pack, I know from experience.
 
the artificial sweeteners, specifically sorbitol, is a well known laxitive. Sorbitol happens to be one of the artifical sweeteners that tastes OK to me. I think different people have differenent susceptibilties to the effects of these products.

dang really? i love oasis and wanted to start drinking it more as i only drink coke and tea, tea in monring weh nwake up, can of coke with lunch, can of coke if thirsy until diner with a almost frozon can of coke, hmm delicious, but anyway yeah i know coke isn't too good for you so i wanted to change to oasis as its very tasty but nyou say its full of sugar? is it good for you though in that it has a lot of water or is it just really crap with other crap which tastes and sounds good?

It's still probably better for you than coke.
 
When I was on an Art trip in St. Ives all I drank was Oasis.Why?Main reason was it was buy one get one free and that was my source of Vitamin C,etc (I bet Oasis has something stupid like 0.0000001% Vitamin C in it.lol
