Who actually puts up with these guys?

Bunch of money hungry scam artists!

I had no choice where to buy these tickets!
But £2 to pay for myself to print off the tickets, usually this is a free service provided by all other ticketing companies! £5.98 for insurance I am sure I never asked for or would have accepted at that price. I'll just not pay for it when it comes through.

And I also doubt Steps would have sold out at the SECC in 2minutes! Not like they even bothered putting up the seating plan. At 9:01 I had tickets for section M but this looked absolute pants going by other seating plans, so tried to change them and been getting "Sorry, no exact matches were found, but other tickets may still be available" since!

Now we're going up to my old uni stomping frounds of Aberdeen, where there's an actual standing section! Sorry but who wants to sit in a concert?!

/rant over

Not happy use Get Me In to get some good seats from Ticketmaster. ;)

As to the insurance bit I thought they left the box ticked by default to catch you unawares so you accepted the terms on that little number.

Tickets are for my partner who saw my ticketmaster rant on FB so now questioning it and had to tell him it's a surprise for him =[

Bum. Getmein has tickets, and section M is crap, but the have better available.
But it's all seated.
Basically it's a choice of venues now.
Glasgow wouldn't have meant an overnight stay, but I remember rushing to the train station afterwards to catch the last train home, so chances are we will just book somewhere.

Aberdeen will need a stay and has the benefit of an actual standing area, instead of seats for poeple to dance infront of/on.

Can't even discuss the fine details with him since it's for his birthday at the end of the month.

Anybody been watching WATCHDOG about the One Direction tickets and Ticketmaster?
Within 5 minutes all 23 concerts were sold out and then 1000s of tickets being sold on their sister site (Get me In!!) upwards of £2000 for 2 tickets

Yes, but there was only one set of tickets for £2000 and they weren't selling. Still, Ticketmaster and numerous other ticket sites have been very poor for a number of years. The genuine ticket buying public continue to be ripped off :(.

I think they were on watchdog for this. Either they or other people are buying them instantly then selling them on their sister site for silly amounts of money...

Saw them on watchdog too. The fact that Ticketmaster owns Get Me In & get ~20% of every sale on there just stinks.

I wouldn't be surprised if they're just selling them on Get Me In to make a bigger profit.

have to agree on this rant, i was looking at buying Wicked Theatre tickets for 2 and the price was a whooping £130, and the front stall seats are a even more at £92 per person. seems like west end have put up their theatre prices which i find absolution ridiculous.
