Hi all,
I bought standing tickets to see Skrillex in February, I bought them at the beginning of December.
I've since received the tickets. I got an email a week ago saying the 'seats' I booked are no longer available and that alternative seats have been allocated, and that I should send my tickets back to get my new ones.
I just called them and apparently they have indeed over allocated the standing tickets and I've been allocated seating tickets in the circle.
This isn't how I want to see Skrillex. I asked what would happen if I didn't send them back, and he said I wouldn't be allowed in. But really, do you think I could get away with it and claim I didn't get an email/call about it?
