TIM for laptop CPU & GPU

Have started to use my laptop a lot more for video editing and processing and it's sitting at 100% for periods of time.

It's an i7 with a 640m, both are on the same heat pipe.

I've had it off to dust out but defo needs a clean up of TIM and new TIM.

Suggestions what's best to use? Currently it's sat around 80c

I used AS5 on my laptop. I have IC Diamond but I don't think the clamping force on laptop coolers is enough for such thick paste. It did bring the temps down no end from 4-5 year old original paste.

It's got what looks like AS5 on there and is maybe 3/4 years old. AS5 it is then

I've used AS5 and MX-2 and improvement over the gunk that was on too.
