Time for a new hard drive?

Not too sure what is happening, advice most welcome.

The lap top started to slow down a couple of months ago (Vaio FW21L). Became longer to boot up and connect to the net, but did not seems to be slow on all programs just some.

Ran HDtune and it came back with:

Does this look right?

I would do a format and reinstall but keep the Credit card handy as I think you might need a new HDD.
