Would you lot kindly provide an opinion on what component would be best to upgrade to give me more gaming oomph?

Here is my spec:

i5 3570k
8GB Corsair vengeance low profile ram
Asrock Z77
EVGA 670 GTX FTW edition

OS is running on a Corsair M4 SSD 128GB, some games get put on there, but mainly only the ones I play regularly.

What res? What games?

I think what you've got is sufficient for a while tbh, there's not much out there that really pushes a PC like yours, so I wouldn't bother if I had that set-up.

Either add another 670 if you have SLI capability for the biggest/cheapest performance boost. Or spend about £320-350 on a 290 to see a decent enough increase from a single card.

No worthwhile upgrades for that rig, i7s 780s 290 etc are 10-20% boost in performance for stupid money. Only thing you could do to get decent performance increase is 2x 670.

Hmmm, it's just a few games that have not given me max settings with 60fps at 1920x1080.

I will look into another 670, it's a great card!

Thanks

I SLI'd my 670 and saw a huge difference in some games, especially GTA 4 and Metro Last Light. Get yourself Nvidia Inspector to edit game profiles to enable or disable SLI in certain games as I found some had problems with SLI like Shift 2. Also make sure SLI is enabled in the Nvidia Control Panel.
