I had to change it for a ModMic (ModMic GDL-1420) as the delivery date for the boom mic was saying July and I wanted something quickly.
The ModMic is great and people have told me it's better than my Cloud Mic.
It just sticks to the side of the headphones and the Mic portion can be removed so you can still use them as headphones out and about if you need too.
It's a tad expensive at the moment due to supply and demand but well worth the price IMO.
Why is this so hard

So I decided to give the x2hr another go and I'm back to the x2hr. Don't feel the clamping force anymore and doesn't feel uncomfortable after long sessions. After applying oratory1990 APO equalizer, it does sounds more balanced and I can hear the position of footsteps a bit better. Today will be a session with hs599's.
Now I'm starting to understand sound stage and imagining.
I did try the k702, whilst it was good for the accuracy, everything felt kinda flat. Maybe I'll have to give them another go.
If all these headsets were priced differently then that would have made things a lot more easier to decided.
