time machine

I would go back to the day Jesus was alive, give hime some Gillette's and ask him wtf he did with the Holy Grail.

OR

Go back to the days of the Egyptians when the Pyramids were getting built and kick back with a glass of wine or 2 with Tutankhamen.

Waits for someone to spoil my idea by telling me that because of some Quantum Physics blah blah, I cannot take tinnies with me as I would arrive at my destination looking like a can of Stella. :(

March 1st 1975 and offer a young chap starting up a small computer business in Albuquerque some money for a small stake in his company.

The Holy Grail was in a temple in the Canyon of the Cresent Moon - unless of course Indiana Jones was not entirely factual... ;)

In true Red Dwarf style "Grassy Knoll, Duck !!!!"

"you could be the second gunman, over there on that small grassy hill.. it'd drive the conspiracy theorists nuts man.." :D

given that the O/P has said that you'd have to stay a week, going forwards far enough to get next week's lottery numbers could be problematic as you'd be living for a week slightly less than a week ahead of yourself

which would mean that you'd go forward a week to read in the newspapers about yourself winning the lottery, or more likely as would happen if i did get the right six numbers, read about yourself winning an estimated 1/135th share of the few million prize as a record number of people guess the right numbers

we'd have to work out an OcUK rota as to who is using the time machine to get which weeks lottery numbers :)

Well, if I could go anywhere, absolutely anywhere at all in time, I think I'd probably choose to go back to a week last Tuesday; I did all the laundry, and then watched TV. Wow, I won't see the like of those sorts of days again.

I would buy as much gold as I could then go back in time a few hundred years and deposit it in a bank.

Then I'd withdraw it when I came back to the present.

if you bought as much as you could THEN went back and deposited it, when you got back to the future (lol) it would be worth what you'd just paid for it???

details boy details!

I'd probably go back about 10 years and tell myself to be better with money :)
