Time on the iphone?

Only had my iphone a little while and Im not really sure on all the termonoligy so please correct me if I get them wrong.

On the springboard at the top it has a little bar at the top that has O2 and the battery etc, is there a way that you can get the time on there?

I know the time is on the lock screen but would find it usefull here too

I have the time there, but not sure if you can select what is shown or not.

I thought it was there as standard.

Press the Home button and the Power/Sleep button simultaneously. You should see a little flash on the screen.

Mine is jailbroken and still has the time on the centre of the top bar.

Strange, could it be missing a file or code that tells it to display the time?

As when my iphone has failed to fully jailbreak it has had problems doing some things.

Hmm how odd lol. You tried rebooting the phone?
The only thing I can think of at this stage is going into Settings/General/Reset and maybe resetting the Home Screen. Wait for other replies first.

Mark, guide us through what you did when you jailbroke the phone. Did you install any apps? That is the weirdest thing I've seen so far lol and I've JB'd 5/5 phones so far with no issues.

Downloaded quickpwn, ran it as per the instructions and it rebooted once completed. The only thing Ive installed so far is winterboard and then downloaded the Aston Martin lock screen and thats it.
