Could you take a power draw reading from the socket and if possible your three pci pins feeding the GPU.

The Corsair 1500AXi reads a maximum of around 780 - 800W in Timespy extreme for full system power draw. My Ram is holding me back though due to a bad water block design on EKs part. When I had an air cooler on I could get +1100, but even with EKs water block and an MP5works on it won't go over +900 on Timespy Extreme. The MP5works does make the GPU run a lot cooler though as does opening all the windows lol.
 
I was wondering why scores seemed so low, then I realized this is the Extreme thread lol I'll give this one a go once I get home tomorrow. Still testing what the 3080 can do.
