Time Spy Standard DX 12 Bench.

mainly used for learning 3d modelling and rendering. I have the first version 2687w's which were picked up 2nd hand for about £400 each

Ah that's not too bad. I've had to render images in Revit, not exactly fast with my i5 + formerly GTX 770 (in fact quite the opposite :p ) although the end results are a fair bit better than using the cloud. Have now upgraded to 1070, not sure how much importance this actually plays in the final render.

i3 skylake 3.7ghz
palit 1060
clock speed 2196
mem 2194
8gb ddr 2100

gpu score 4436
cpu score 2425

driver version

how are you getting your memory clock to 2400?

I up mine to what should be 2400 in msi afterburner but it doesn't go above 2194 in testing?

hmm..so I can get the memory clock to 2400 in kombustor and holds there but timespy wont go over 2200
altho I noticed in the kombuster monitoring it said NVidia voltage limit reached in red,not touched any voltages tho (yes I know its not the right place to discuss kbuster but just wondering if you knew what that meant)

I only used stock volts on mine with MSI Afterburner.

I am supposed to use GPUTweak as it is an Asus card but their overclocking software has too many bugs.

ok thanks,i can get oc to 2100/2400+ in other benches and confirmed speeds by afterburner and gpuz but for some reason it wont go beyond 2200 in spybench..very confusing
