Hi All,

Its been a while since I last looked at computer hardware.. (Last time I looked the 3770k was the go to i7)...

Would it please be possible to get a PC Spec done for this price point? Its going to be for mostly gaming on a 4K Ultrawide..

I was looking at the Intel i7 CPU's & Nvidia RTX Cards however I am not technically minded enough to be able to put my own parts together!

Thanks!

I recently went for an AMD 2700X, X470 mobo, 2x8Gb 3200Mhz RAM and an Nvidia 2080Ti.

Might be easier to keep within your budget with a 2700 or 2700X. Latest Intel CPU’s are pricey. Mind you, so are the RTX cards but they do appear to be coming down in price slowly.

Well another amd 2700 x owner here.

So 4k gaming well all i can say is get amd 2700x because at 4k gaming it tax/uses the graphics card way more then the processor.

So 2700x vs 9900k at 4k processor wise about 1 or 2 fps difference so yeah i would recommend the ryzen 2700x and use the saved money and spend it on the graphics card like the rtx 2080 or 2080ti and call it a day.

Also ryzen processors like the 2700 x love fast ram so get 3000/3200 mhz ram like 8 pack ram.

Do you currently have a 4k or ultra wide 1440p monitor ?
