Time to update?

ive had my gpu for just under a year now its a 560 ti do you think i should update it now??

No hold out untill after the PS4 nd XBOX one are on the market to see how GPU prices respond. They might not change much but if we are lucky GPU prices will fall a lot in an attempt to retain as much PC gaming market share as possible. At least at first anyway, does anyone recall what happened when the PS3 and Xbox 360 hit shelves, did GPU prices drop and if yes what it by a lot ?

There will be a migration, why pay £500 for a GPU when that can get you a new console, i know if the next £200 cards don't offer a lot more than new consoles i wont upgrade.

560ti should still be great for 1080p

i dont know what games you play but if it was something like battlefield on high - ultra with 64players id have go for another in sli

I have the MSI 560ti 2gb version and at 1080p it still has plenty of juice left in the tank, only reason I'm changing is because my motherboard doesnt support SLI and I'd like to game at 1440p.

no one really knows yet how well it will run on any of the current cards

but BF4 has been spotted running on the Titan Sli, 7990 or 7970 crossfire.
