Time to Upgrade my Drives to SSD?

I've just had a PC failure and upgraded my Mobo, CPU and RAM but I'm still using my old trusty 500gb Seagate Barracuda's (https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-142-SE). I've got two of them in a Raid0 (1Tb with two partitions, 200Gb for OS and 800Gb for Storage). My new motherboard supports 6Gb/s SATA and I'm wondering if I should upgrade them, maybe not to 6Gb/s, but to at least 3Gb/s.

I have noticed recently that load times for some games are getting quite long. In Starcraft II I'm rarely the first person loaded, even loading after people who I know have slower machines than I. I've run CrystalDiskMark but I have no idea if the results are good or bad.....they don't look that great to me, but I'm used to see SSD results.

Main OS Partition (200Gb)

I can't afford to go for SSD's, they're out of my budget and if I'm honest, they don't hold enough for my needs. But I can afford about £100.

Would I see any significant gains to upgrading them? (or is there something I'm doing wrong that might be making them perform poorly??) Would I be better off without the Raid?
