One that always pops up down the pub... and probably has here... but what the hey!

IF we did discover time travel, surely we'd know about it now! So i reckon we are all wiped out before we get the chance to progress to such technology, or its something that has been cooked up by tv and will never happen

Any time travellers here fancy putting me out of my misery?

Not necessarily. The 'many universes' theory of TT suggests that, at the point where a traveller arrives in the past, the universe 'splits', so we are protected from any consequences of his travel.

The whole Quantum Theory thing i think that is...
