Timer on net to lock out at certain time

Hi guys looking for a free program or way to lock out the internet at a certain time on windows xp. As in if I set it for 11 it will block the internet until the net morning. Any ideas?

Could use one of those socket timer things for the router? Can't remember exactly what they're called though Like you would use for switching a lamp on/off at different times.

if you're using a router it might have a setting for that in parental controls, I think a lot of Linksys ones do, and i'm sure my WRT54GS can do it by internal port/mac address and time.

My Dad used to have this for the modem to stop me ruining my life by staying up all night and sleeping through college (Which I was doing ALL the time), it really hacked me off until he forgot about switching it on owned!
