Timeshift demo on marketplace

Had a quick blast earlier, seems a lot of fun. Love the time-freezing aspect, but then I am a sucker for all that bullet-time stuff :o
 
had a quick go this morning and it is pretty impressive, the bit where something starts shooting through the walls is good, nice touch to be able to rewind whilst running through it. why are we suckers for yet another fps? must be because we all like to shoot people in the face?! how odd.
 
Me likes :)

Won't be rushing out to get it, when it's released, but I'll definitely be picking it up, even if it's a rental.
 
I quite enjoyed this, time effects were pretty cool. Graphics were well above average (not bioshock quality but definitely up there) depends on how varied the levels were as to how good the final game will be. I thought the physics were excellent, environmental damage looked very good, might be fun multiplayer.
 
I really quite enjoyed the demo! A good ol fashioned FPS with some nice effects.

Wont be at the top of my list but when it comes down to sub £30 then I will be sure to pick it up. I would have liked to have seen a multiplayer demo though as that may just have made it a must have game for me if it was really good.
 
Shame this will wither and die very quickly with regards to online multiplayer, there are simple far too many superior FPS games coming out for it to get a look in.
 
Just played the demo, is good but not *that* good.

Very linear (not much "exploration of surroundings") but it could be because it's the demo.

For some reason, it reminds me a lot of Half Life 2... could it be the big screen talking person and the constant barrage of flying bullets and big "things" shooting around... and that hover/fly copter thing.

Might pick this up second hand or something when it's cheap.
 
after playing this demo im undecided.

may pick it up pre-owned, it was good fun but as someone else said not sure if im just going through the motions.
 
I really liked the demo have played through it about 5 times now, still its deffinitly not one I will be rushing out to buy but deffinitly be picking up when it goes sub £30.

Good audio .. check.

Gamer jaded towards this style .. check.

Has there been a recent fps that you have liked then?????

Surely this just means your not into this style of game. :)

This is what I'm saying. It checks all the right boxes I just think I'm jaded towards this style of fps. I played the demo but got bored and there's no reason why I shouldn't like it. I feel the same way every time I see haze and kz2.

(This is just my opinion).

Did you like bioshock then? Maybe your just not into the mad, kill, no brainer fps.
