i now have portal, ep2, cod4 demo, ut3 demo (tomorrow) and timeshift demo.
not enough time !

then saw it pop up while waiting for COD 4 demo.
is it any good?

I remember playing the demo for timeshift over a year ago

but I think due to performance issues it was delayed

I got the demo a week ago or so and hated it. Performance is fine but it looks awful and gameplay is crap.

That's a different demo from early this year I think. This one should be completely different to what you have played, if its the same as the 360 demo.

Why oh why do I pay for fileplanet.

On top is a mirror from Gamershell which now as I'm speaking is up to 586kb/s, On the bottom is it downloading from fileplanet, which didn't go any faster than 70kb/s before I clicked the Gamershell link. :rolleyes:

Excellent demo looks bloody amazing from the first few parts I played the parallax mapping etc looks awesome. Running it maxed out all bells and whistles on a GTX it sits happily at around 80 fps average

. The game is also making use of my two CPU cores with one core at 99% usage and the others highest peak was 67% usage, so it is multicore ready. The lighting is particulary awesome I am very impressed with this will definetly be trying it out.

Alt tab works fine it just takes a long time to load back up after you tab back in

Does look different to the one I played, new looking HUD is what I noticed first. I'll give it a go again.
