Timings not setting

Install Memset and see what it reads the first set of timings as. If they're still messed up then you should be able to use it to set them correctly.

In Memset it shows the timings I set in the bios, 5-5-5-18.

While Memset is running cpu-z shows the correct settings as well. But they go back to 33-6-2-18 when I close it.

Do I need to keep Memset runing in order for the correct settings to be active?

Sounds like a glitch in CPU-Z, if the settings are saving correctly in the bios and memset gives the right results I think you are fine. Try using another tool like everest to confirm this. Make sure you're running the latest stable p5k bios too.

I would have thought you'd notice if you had a CAS latency of 33 anyway, would have a significant effect on performance, and I think RAS precharge 2 would be unstable.

Yes I thought I would have noticed the difference.

I just looked in everest and to my amazement it reports them as 33-6-2-18
