timings problem, (missing timings)

Hey steelwolf,

I can barely read that but it seems you have some mismatched ram

  • 2GB(2x1GB) A-Data PC2-5300 (333MHz)
  • 1GB *unknown* PC2-6400 (400MHz)
  • Running Single channel @ 333MHz 5-5-5-15
What system is that running on? :confused:
 
Looks like your motherboard isnt reporting the RAS Precharge in any way that software can verify it.

Based on the timings it shows, your getting 5-5-5-15, most people dont quote Bank cycle, or command rate. Im guessing on the Precharge based on the CPUZ "default" timings from your rams SPD chips.

Hi, that was running on xp x64, And 2 of the sticks are the a data 333 and the other one is a 2gb 400mhz but no brand name on it. I also have a 1gb 667mhz pny stick that i dont have installed.

obviously dual channel would be nice but i cant seem to get it to work with any combination. Any ideas on what sticks would be best to use?

All of them?
only the 2x 1gb @333mhz?
the 2x 1gb @333mhz + 1gb 667mhz

or just leave it?
