Tiny enter keys! :(

What is it with all the new keyboards these days that only seem to have those tiny little single line enter keys? I have had a Saitek Eclipse II since their release and I have a double line normal sized enter key, but all the pictures in the shop suggest they are all single line.

I always thought this was a difference between US and UK layouts? Am I being silly and this is just because of the library photos used in the store?

I am looking at getting a new Windows Sidewinder X6 (or the X4), but only want to buy one if I can get a double lined enter key, anyone know if these are available?

Cheers.

I see some stupid small enter keys on German keyboards as well, mostly laptops. Luckily my keyboard has a large one and I see no need to replace it.

Q: Is enter usually below backspace or above shift? I sometimes press enter near the top but most of the time directly in the space between the rows.

This keyboard also has the vastly superior large-delete layout (Home and End are the top two, below that on the right are Page Up and Page Down, and on the left is a double-sized delete key. Insert is next to PrintScreen and Pause in the very top.)

If only my F-keys were grouped in 4's instead of 3's and easier to spam this keyboard would be perfect. >:

Ah well, gotta live with it I guess.

stick with the eclipse, beautifull keyboard, seen me through 4 lans with 2nd place at 2 8th and 1 and 6th at another COD4 I games!!!

I would, but its getting a bit worse for wear now. Space key doesn't work very often and most of the keys are faded.

Because I am so used to the enter key being large, when I used a single line one I could just not cope with it. I can't get used to it at all!

Lucky that my Inspiron 9400 has a double line enter key too, but not a single gaming keyboard I can see has the nice sized enter keys!

Gaming skill != Keyboard quality

When I upgraded from a €5 cherry to a €150 Logitech Keyboard, my gaming skill in Ragnarok Online dropped quite considerably, due to for example the F1-F9 keys not being as spammable. (I didn't buy the keyboard myself, but my father *insisted* on it due to the noise of the old one)

All the keyboards you'll get from the store will have a UK layout.

The pictures are of US layouts and are reference photos only.

I know this really throws some people off but Ive gotten used to it. Lived in US for a while and have some US keyboards, just swap between them without any hassle. The @ and " dont bother me either lol.
