SER8 and whatever the latest version is for me. Also an S12-Pro which has run Proxmox, as well as a host of other hypervisors, operating systems and random stuff too, a lower powered n100 chip in there.

I went for a SER5 Max, and version of Proxmox is whatever was current at the time of installing it 9 months or so ago. I haven't used it muchWhich Beelink did you go for and what version of proxmox are your running ? TA
But had been fine when I have needed to do something with it.

I've struggled getting the Beelink stable but 'think' I've finally managed it 29 days uptime at the moment, it needs to hit 90 before I can confidently say all is good

plentoy of Dell optiplex about as well.
Something to keep in mind is that some models only have displayport output - sometimes in an auxiliary mini PC scenario HDMI is useful to have. Obviously you can get adapters.
I got my hands on a clearance Dell QBM1250 for this kind of use recently - Intel 265 65 watt, 32GB RAM, 1TB HDD while not to say there is anything wrong with them but so far it seems much better than the other brands of mini PC I own or have used.
