That would be what I would do.

Tap for draining and filling with a length of normal hose that can be removed once you have it filled.

Its easier to fill a small case using this method as you can tilt the case more easily.

Just take the tube from one of these and swap it with the tube in yours, I had to do the same on an EK DDC XRES.
