I wouldn't really like to risk it myself, at least not with an expensive airbrush (some of the seals can be £5 each, even some H&S seals which are relatively cheap are a pound or two each).

You can buy a 200ml bottle of vallejo airbrush cleaner for about £7 from amazon, typically that size bottle lasts us ages, I think I'm on bottle 3 or 4 over 8 years and it's done hundreds of nids, multiple coats on realm of battle tables, several knights, a number of tanks etc.
Typically you're only using a few drops of it at a time, unless you're having to soak something in pure cleaner.

Basically I don't think the minimal saving is worth it.
